Lake Entrance is a tourist town in eastern Victoria, bordering New South Wales. This beautiful coastal town is also a major fishing port, renowned for its fresh and diverse seafood.
Viet Booking is excited to introduce a unique 3-day, 2-night tour that's both adventurous and captivating, appealing to both adults and children. The tour is organized during the spring and summer seasons, from September to March.
TOUR PROGRAM:
Day 1: Departure from Melbourne
- Departure for a secret coastal bay. Stop for lunch and collect clams and shellfish.
- Check-in and rest in the afternoon. Explore the coastal bay and the town of Lake Entrance.
- Go fishing and crab hunting on the beach.
- Free time for dinner.
- Go shrimping in the evening.
Day 2:
- Go kayaking on the bay in the morning, a fantastic experience.
- Afternoon: Explore Buchan Cave, a stunning limestone cave with dinosaur fossils, awe-inspiring and impressive.
- Fishing/crabbing and enjoy the sunset views on the bay.
- Free time for dinner.
- Shrimp with a flashlight.
Day 3:
- Morning: Choose from three options: visit a seafood market, attend a weekend fair, or kayak for a second time.
- Check-out. Lunch.
- Departure back to Melbourne.
TOUR PRICE: Original price: $860. Promotional price: $800/adult; $750/child.
The price includes accommodation at a hotel, Airbnb house or holiday park.
Additional service: $90 for a VIP seat, offering priority for a comfortable seat and a better experience. Each vehicle has a maximum of 3 VIP slots.
Vehicle Rental: (for 3 days, from 7:00 AM on Day 1 to 5:30 PM on Day 3):
- 5-seater: $2200
- 8-seater: $2900
- 12-seater: $3500
PICK-UP LOCATIONS:
- Red Rooster Sunshine - 485 Ballarat Rd, Sunshine. At 6:30 AM.
- Footscray Market, opposite Footscray Station. At 6:45 AM.
- Southern Cross Station - 628 Bourke St. At 7:05 AM.
- Springvale Station. At 7:45 AM.
PRIVATE TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
- Entrance ticket to Buchan Caves.
- Fishing/crabbing license for tourists.
- 8 - 12 - 22 seat vehicles. Experienced driver/guide, particularly assisting in taking memorable photos for guests.
- Crab catching and shrimping equipment (additional equipment must be purchased by guests if needed).
- Inflatable hand-rowed boat
- 1 bottle of 600ml water or 2 bottles of 250ml water per guest per day.
GUESTS NEED TO PREPARE WHEN BOOKING A PRIVATE TOUR:
- Self-catered meals for 3 days. Or opt for a meal package priced at $180 per person for the 3-day trip
- Airbnb House: You can book it yourself or let Viet Booking arrange accommodation for $160 per person for 2 nights.
- Ensure the driver has accommodation and meals with the group, with a separate room and three meals. For privacy, an additional $150 per day is required for the driver to arrange their own accommodation.
- TIP for the driver: Guests should prepare additional TIP money as a reward for the driver/guide who actively supports and assists throughout the journey and takes special photos for guests.
