Tour Policy

  1. Vbooking is a tour booking platform representing travel companies. Vbooking does not directly organize tours.
  2. Vbooking acknowledges customer reviews and provides feedback to travel partners to improve service quality.
  3. Customers should contact Vbooking support staff directly for maximum assistance regarding their rights and benefits.
  4. Vbooking is not responsible for supporting or guaranteeing service quality if customers make separate agreements with tour partners.
  5. When booking a tour, customers have the option to pay in full or make a deposit. The minimum deposit is 30%, with the remaining balance due 10 days before the tour starts. If payment is not made and no response is received after 7 days, Vbooking reserves the right to cancel the tour without refunding the deposit.
  6. If customers have paid 100% and wish to cancel the tour:
    • Cancelling more than 7 days before the deadline entitles customers to a refund after deducting a 10% advisory fee and any purchased tickets for tourist attractions.
    • From 7 days before the deadline up to the tour departure date, no refund will be provided.
  7. Vbooking reserves the right to cancel tours in cases of force majeure or if the partner cannot conduct the tour. Vbooking must notify customers as soon as possible and will refund 100% of the amount paid by the customer.
  8. Customers paying via Paypal, Visa, or MasterCard are subject to an additional 3% payment fee.
  9. For online payments via Paypal, Visa, or MasterCard, Vbooking may request verification of personal documents and check images of credit cards or Paypal accounts to ensure security and prevent fraud. Vbooking reserves the right to cancel transactions suspected of being unsafe or fraudulent.
  10. Vbooking does not guarantee visas and is not responsible for customer visas or related personal documents.

Privacy Policy

  1. Vbooking is a tour booking platform representing travel companies. Vbooking does not directly organize tours.

  3. Vbooking reserves the right to share contact information including name, address, and phone number with tour partners to facilitate better customer communication.
  4. When customers log in using Google, Facebook, Vbooking does not store passwords or have access to customers' account credentials. Vbooking also does not share data with any third party.
  5. When booking a tour with Vbooking, customers agree to share personal photos taken during the tour with Vbooking. This allows Vbooking to use these photos for advertising and marketing purposes. If customers do not agree, they should inform Vbooking staff. Vbooking will not use customers' photos if they do not consent. Vbooking is not liable for photos used before customers request cessation of use.
